Dapo Olorunsola-Elias is a founding partner at Simon Bethel Solicitors. He initially qualified as a Barrister and Solicitor in Nigeria in 1992 and has been in active practice since, working extensively in Nigeria as a civil and commercial litigator. In 2004, he was admitted on the roll to practice as a Solicitor of England & Wales.
Dapo has worked at the Crown Prosecution Service in London as a Senior Crown Prosecutor, where he prosecuted all manners of criminal offences and also provided pre-charge, post-charge, and investigative advice to the Metropolitan Police.
He specialises in Criminal and Civil Litigation, Asset Tracing, Dispute Resolution, Arbitration, Charities Law, White Collar Fraud, Extradition and Mental Health Law, amongst others.
